Terms of Service

The service and your account

These Terms are between you and Sparked Labs Ltd for use of Sparked Platform. Contact info@sparked-labs.com. You must be 18 or older, provide an accurate email address and keep your credentials secure. Independent creators can create their own workspace to upload original videos, connect their own TikTok account, review content and request publication. A creator account does not grant access to the team operations console or other creators' workspaces.

Current TikTok availability

The TikTok integration is currently being tested in TikTok's sandbox and has not received production approval. Connection is limited to registered test accounts, and posts are limited to Only me visibility with private TikTok accounts. Registration does not guarantee TikTok connection or public publishing. We will update this notice when production approval and availability change.

Your content and permissions

You keep ownership of your content. You give us permission to store, process, preview and transmit it as needed to provide the service and carry out your instructions. Upload only original content you own or have permission to publish, including music, footage, images and the rights of people shown. Do not upload unlawful content, confidential material, malware or content that infringes someone else's rights. Do not impersonate others, bypass access controls or automate abusive uploads.

Source videos are stored at unlisted public URLs for delivery to TikTok. Anyone with a URL can access its source file, including when the TikTok post is private. Review this before uploading. The current workspace limit is 20 uploads of up to 50 MB each; contact support for removal or capacity requests.

Your publishing decisions

You are responsible for reviewing the selected account, video, caption, privacy, interactions and commercial or AI disclosures. We submit only after your explicit confirmation. TikTok's terms, content policies and music requirements also apply. TikTok may reject, delay or restrict a post. An accepted upload ticket is not confirmation of publication; check the final status. Do not repeatedly retry a submission with an unknown outcome.

Disconnecting, closing and suspension

You can disconnect the saved TikTok connection in your workspace and revoke access through TikTok. To close your Sparked account or request removal of files and records, contact us from your registered email. Removing a Sparked connection does not delete content already published to TikTok. We may restrict access to investigate abuse, protect users or comply with the law. Where practical, we will explain the restriction and how to contact us about it.

Availability and responsibility

Keep your own copies of original content. Service availability depends on hosting and third-party platforms; we cannot promise uninterrupted access or that TikTok will approve or publish content. We remain responsible where the law requires it. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits your statutory consumer rights. No payment obligation is created by these Terms; any future paid service will show its price and terms before purchase.

Privacy and updates

Our Privacy Policy explains account and TikTok data handling, public source URLs, retention and your rights. We may update these Terms as the service develops; the effective date is shown above. Contact us with questions before continuing if a change affects your use.
